Prospective engagement counterparties are notified of any addition, removal, or substitution of a sub-processor with no less than thirty (30) days\u2019 written notice, sufficient to permit reasoned objection under Article 28(2), second sentence.

nexarche.com sets no first-party or third-party cookies, deploys no analytics, and embeds no behavioural pixels. No sub-processor listed above receives personal data through cookie or fingerprint mechanisms on this surface.
