This statement applies to nexarche.com, operated by Nexarche Services BV. NEXARCHE\u2122 commits to a level of digital accessibility that materially exceeds the statutory floor set by EU Directive 2016/2102 and the technical standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, aligned to WCAG 2.2 Level AAA.

nexarche.com is engineered against WCAG 2.2 Level AAA, one grade above the AA floor mandated for public-sector bodies. AAA is not statutorily required of private undertakings; the firm adopts it as an editorial and engineering standard consistent with the Nexarche Code\u2122.

This statement was prepared on 02 July 2026 through internal review against WCAG 2.2 and EN 301 549 v3.2.1. It is reviewed no less than annually and on every material surface change.
