This statement applies to nexarche.com, operated by Nexarche Services BV. NEXARCHE\u2122 commits to a level of digital accessibility that materially exceeds the statutory floor set by EU Directive 2016/2102 and the technical standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, aligned to WCAG 2.2 Level AAA.

  1. § 01

    Conformance target.

    nexarche.com is engineered against WCAG 2.2 Level AAA, one grade above the AA floor mandated for public-sector bodies. AAA is not statutorily required of private undertakings; the firm adopts it as an editorial and engineering standard consistent with the Nexarche Code\u2122.

  2. § 02

    Controls in force.

    • Contrast ratios at or above 7:1 (body) and 4.5:1 (large text) sitewide.
    • Type floor at 16px body, 12px monospaced eyebrow marks.
    • Focus-visible indicator in Sovereign Gold, minimum thickness 2px, offset 2px.
    • Reduced-motion honoured via prefers-reduced-motion.
    • Landmark structure: single main, semantic nav and contentinfo.
    • Form inputs carry autocomplete tokens and inputmode where applicable (WCAG 1.3.5).
    • Live-region validation summary on the Apply surface (WCAG 3.3.1, 4.1.3).
    • Target size 44\u00d744 CSS px on primary interactive elements (WCAG 2.5.8).
  3. § 03

    Known limitations.

    None presently declared. The firm treats any AAA regression as a defect and remediates within seven calendar days of confirmation.

  4. § 04

    Preparation and review.

    This statement was prepared on 02 July 2026 through internal review against WCAG 2.2 and EN 301 549 v3.2.1. It is reviewed no less than annually and on every material surface change.

  5. § 05

    Feedback and contact.

    Accessibility feedback may be submitted through the Apply surface. Responses are held to a five business-day acknowledgement standard.

  6. § 06

    Enforcement.

    Where a response is not obtained, complainants may address the Belgian Federal Public Service Policy and Support (BOSA) as the competent enforcement body under Article 12 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, transposed into Belgian federal law of 19 July 2018.
