NEXARCHE · Official Site · Integrated Command Infrastructure™
NEXARCHE™The governing intelligenceyour venture
runs on.
This is the official website of NEXARCHE™ (also written Nexarche). The firm models, monitors, and governs a venture’s capital, legal, operational, market, and technological systems as one command stack. Not five advisors, five tools, and five silos. One Integrated Command Infrastructure™, operated continuously through NXA OS™.
It runs at the beginning as well as at scale: from founder-led ventures past their first million in revenue to multi-entity groups and portfolios. The architecture does not change with size. Only the depth of the estate it holds.
The Category · 01
The fragmented C-suite
is a governance defect.
Integrated Command Infrastructure™ (ICI™) is a unified, AI-native infrastructure layer that governs a venture’s financial, legal, operational, market, and technological systems as one interconnected command stack. NEXARCHE™ defines the category and sets its standard.
The last two decades · Fragmented governance
- CFO, CLO, COO, and CTO operate in separate silos.
- Each function buys its own tools, vendors, and advisors.
- Governance state lives in slide decks and inboxes.
- Coordination cost is paid in decision latency.
- Risk surfaces only after it has already compounded.
The next two decades · Integrated Command Infrastructure™
- One governance data model across capital, law, operations, market, technology.
- A central policy engine encoding constraints and objectives.
- Bidirectional influence: a financing change updates hiring and roadmap constraints.
- Continuous operation: governance as a nervous system, not a quarterly review.
- Cross-domain risk detected before it becomes an event.
The Infrastructure · 02
NXA OS™
One infrastructure for capital, law, operations, marketing, and technology.
Governance is not a document set. It is an operating layer with a schema, a policy engine, an intelligence tier, and an audit perimeter. Read the stack from the control surface down to the compliance floor.

Access · 02A
One architecture.
Four ways to run on it.
The infrastructure is the same at every tier. What changes is who operates it: the venture, a portfolio owner, a host platform, or a Nexarche Architect holding reserved acts. Entry begins at £1M in revenue; the apex mandate is reserved for estates where a governance defect is existential.
- Tier 3Cap table, legal-tech, banking, ERP, and portfolio platforms
Embedded Infrastructure
NXA OS™ governance scoring, recommendations, and risk alerts embedded inside third-party systems.
- Tier 2Private equity, growth equity, family offices
Portfolio Command
Portfolio-wide deployment with cross-company governance dashboards and exit-readiness posture.
- Tier 0Start-ups and smaller firms from £1M revenue upward
NXA OS™ Self-Serve
Ingest, diagnose, and architect: the infrastructure layer, operated by the venture itself. The entry surface for founder-led companies that need institutional governance before they can afford an institutional C-suite.
- Tier 1 · ApexScale-ups, groups, and estates where governance failure is existential
Nexarche Architect Retainer™
An Architect holds reserved acts and installs the architecture directly, executed by the Bench and operated on NXA OS™. The apex tier.
Stage · 02B
Installed early.
Not retrofitted late.
NEXARCHE™ governs ventures from their first million in revenue upward. Smaller firms are not a lesser case of the architecture. They are the case where installing it early prevents the defects that later cost a decade to unwind.
- S1£1M to £10M revenue
Founder-led venture
One principal deciding everything, no executive bench, and governance held in the founder's head. NXA OS™ installs the model before the mistakes become structural: cap table, contracts, cadence, positioning, and systems set correctly the first time.
- S2£10M to £100M revenue
Scaling company
First hires importing conflicting playbooks, a growth engine outrunning the operating model, and legal catching up after the fact. The infrastructure resolves capital, delivery, and demand against one another as the firm compounds.
- S3£100M+ · multi-entity
Group or estate
Multiple vehicles, jurisdictions, and functions, each governed as a separate system. The Architect installs one command architecture across the estate and holds reserved acts under mandate.
- S4Funds · family offices · platforms
Portfolio owner
Governance posture and exit readiness rendered consistently across every holding, on one model, from a single surface.
The Modules · 03
Five modules.
One command stack.
NXA OS™ governs capital, law, operations, marketing, and technology through five modules on one data model. A change in one module recomputes the constraints in the other four.

The Distinction · 0B
Advisory ends.
Architecture holds.
NEXARCHE™ is not a consultancy, a fund, a law firm, or an agency. It is a structural instrument, installed once, governed permanently.
| Mode | Advice | Architecture |
|---|---|---|
| Deliverable | Recommendations | Installed governance |
| Authority | None held | Reserved acts under mandate |
| Accountability | Ends at handover | Bound by equity + continuity |
| Surface | Four vendors, four contracts | One firm, one control system |
| Duration | Project-bounded | Permanent operating layer |
The Principal · 0A
One mind.
One system.
Anthony Sørensen · Founding Architect
Anthony Sørensen founded NEXARCHE™ to consolidate twenty-five years of institutional practice across capital, governance, and operations into a single architectural instrument.
NEXARCHE™ unifies capital, compliance, operations, and product execution into one accountable system, replacing fragmented executive logic with integrated command. The firm operates under a single Architect, by mandate, at the level of the principal.

The Standard · 02
Three doctrines.
Non-negotiable.
- I
One Mandate
Five modules, capital, legal, operations, marketing, and digital, operated by one firm under a single retainer. The multi-vendor C-suite is structurally obsolete.
- II
Architecture, Not Advice
NEXARCHE™ holds reserved acts and executes under firm authority. Engagements produce installed governance, not slide decks.
- III
Accountability Without Exit
Outcomes are bound to the firm by mandate, equity, and continuity. The mandate does not end at handover; the architecture is permanent.
The Instrument · 0C
The Retainer.
The Reserved Acts.
The Nexarche Architect Retainer™ (NAR™) is the sole engagement instrument of the firm. It grants defined reserved acts, binds accountability through equity, and installs governance permanently.
“The Principal irrevocably reserves to the Architect, for the duration of the Mandate and any Continuity Period thereafter, the acts enumerated in the Register of Reserved Acts. No such act may be exercised, delegated, or contracted otherwise than through the Architect, save under the express written consent of the firm.”
| Code | Reserved act | Scope of authority |
|---|---|---|
| R-01 | Capital architecture | Cap table, instrument selection, round mechanics, treasury policy. |
| R-02 | Legal architecture | Entity graph, IP holdco perimeter, reserved-matter voting, mandate instruments. |
| R-03 | Operations architecture | Cadence design, decision rights, systems of record, escalation ladders. |
| R-04 | Market & revenue architecture | Positioning of record, pricing and packaging, claim surface, demand and pipeline instrumentation. |
| R-05 | Digital operating stack | Ownership of the principal’s system-of-command surface end to end. |
| R-06 | Continuity | Succession, key-person insurance, and mandate hand-back conditions. |
The full instrument is disclosed under NDA on qualification.
Engagement · 03
Engagements are awarded by application.
Intake is structurally selective; the firm operates on fewer than ten principals at a time.
