What to expect

The intake architecture.

  1. 01 · Application review

    Every application is read by the Apex Principal. There is no intake desk and no automated triage. Review concludes within ten working days.

  2. 02 · Architect Dialogue

    Qualified applicants are invited to a structured 90-minute dialogue. The objective is to determine structural fit, not to pitch the firm.

  3. 03 · Mandate or decline

    If the architecture is right, a Nexarche Architect Retainer™ is proposed within fifteen working days. If it is not, the decline is delivered in writing with reasoning.

Application

Submit for review.

All fields except Anything else relevant are required. Submissions are read by the Apex Principal. Do not attach confidential documents at this stage.

Describe the mandate. State the architecture you intend to build, refactor, or replace.

State the trigger: recapitalisation, succession, raise, regulatory event, or structural threshold.

Optional. Counsel, prior advisors, existing instruments, jurisdictional notes.

By submitting, you authorise NEXARCHE™ to review and store the application for the duration of the intake cycle.

After submission

Silence is not absence.
Every application receives a written response.

Review concludes within ten working days. Qualified applicants are invited to a 90-minute Architect Dialogue. A Nexarche Architect Retainer™ is proposed within fifteen working days of the dialogue, or a written decline is issued with reasoning.
